From the moment it was launched, it became one of Faméthic's most popular models, eventually becoming the brand's bestseller. The soft lines, rounded shapes, and absence of visible metal hardware give it an elegant, harmonious, and timeless silhouette. Yet, behind this apparent simplicity lie many design choices intended to improve everyday use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn particular, I wanted to create a completely concealed closure that was both more discreet and more secure than an exposed one. The flap naturally guides the hand: it opens easily with one hand, closes almost by itself, and naturally returns to its position. This simple operation, accompanied by the light characteristic sound of the closure as it engages, contributes as much to the pleasure of use as to the model's sense of quality.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis search for balance is also reflected in the design of the bag. Rather than widening the flap, I deliberately narrowed the top of the bag's body to create a subtle shoulder-pad effect. This detail protects the sides of the opening, conceals the shoulder strap attachments, and limits water ingress or items falling out when the bag is open. An almost invisible design choice that permanently improves comfort of use.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSince its creation, the Petite Centaurée has hardly changed.
