The model
The Grand Ophrys is designed for those who need space without wanting to carry around a full-fledged piece of luggage.
Whether for a weekend away, a day at the beach, a business trip, leisure activities, or a few days' travel, its large capacity makes it easy to carry clothes, accessories, and personal belongings in a soft, comfortable bag.
Developed since 2015, it still retains the lines of the original model today. The improvements made over time have mainly concerned the details of use and the finishes, while its overall balance has remained the same.
Like all Faméthic models, it is the result of years of observing usage, manufacturing, and customer feedback.

Material:
Bullhide leather tanned by one of the last independent tanneries in France, Tannerie Rémy Carriat located in Espelette. With a waterproof nubuck finish, a specialty of the tannery, this leather is soft and rough to the touch.

Manufacturing:
Each Faméthic bag is handmade in my workshop using carefully selected full-grain leathers.
The different manufacturing stages - cutting, preparation, assembly, and saddle stitching - are carried out one by one to guarantee the quality, strength, and durability of each piece.
This artisanal approach also allows the models to evolve over time, based on the experience gained in the workshop and the feedback on usage collected from customers.
